We currently ship only to countries within Europe.

If your country is not listed at checkout or you're unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us before placing your order.

2. Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via standard national postal service (Post of North Macedonia).

We do not offer express shipping, courier services (e.g., DHL, FedEx), or local pickup at this time.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

Light/small packages (e.g. accessories): lower rates

Heavy/large packages (e.g. clothing, vintage decor): higher rates

We always aim to offer the most affordable and fair postage rates based on actual postal tariffs.

4. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

5. Customs & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes that may apply in their country.

Retro Shop Skopje is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

6. Shipping Issues

Once your package is handed to the postal service, we are not liable for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments.

If your order hasn't arrived after 20 business days, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help track it or resolve the issue.
